Freight Charges
Freight charges apply to drains, as well as residential, commercial and construction site drop shipments. Other shipping charges such as re-consignment, redelivery and storage charges may apply when requested by a dealer or customer. Please contact Shower Grate Shop order desk for applicable fees.
Priority shipping will leave same day*, applies to a maximum order of 4 drains. The package will travel on the fastest service available to Shower Grate Shop under our Affiliates (Australia Post Express, Couriers Please, E-GO).
Claims and Returns
All claims for damages and shortages must be reported to Shower Grate Shop in writing within 5 days after delivery. Returned goods will not be accepted without written authorization. All items will be subject to inspection. All items must be returned in original condition. A minimum of 20% or $25.00 (whichever is greater) will be imposed as a restocking charge. All returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid. There is absolutely NO returns for custom orders.
Restocking Charges
Merchandise may not be returned for any reason without prior written consent from Shower Grate Shop. Shower Grate Shop reserves the right to refuse a return on any nonstandard drain. Products returned for any reason other than Shower Grate Shop's error will be subject to a twenty-five percent (20%) restocking and handling change on the Dealer's base net price, in addition to all applicable charges for labor, materials and/or freight. Product may be returned up to 90 days from date of receipt. Product must be received within 30 days of written authorization.
Turnaround Times
Standard sizes are shipped within 3 business days of order and custom sizing ships within 4 business days of order. Priority Manufacture orders must received by 10:00AM Australian Eastern Standard Time for same day dispatch.
Lifetime Guarantee
Shower Gate Shop will provide a complete product replacement. This lifetime guarantee is extended only to the original purchaser of the unit under warranty and is valid only when bought through an authorized Shower Grate Shop retailer.
Exclusions
The above stated lifetime guarantee applies as long as damage is not caused by an accident, abuse, misuse, fire, insects, use of abrasive products, force majeure or an act of God. Transport, handling or installation damages are also excluded.
Procedure
Any defect involving the manufacturer's liability shall be reported to Shower Grate Shop within ten (10) days of its occurrence. Drains claimed to be defective shall be held until inspected by an authorized representative of Shower Grate Shop, and upon their specific instructions, drains found to be defective will be repaired and replaced at Shower Grate Shop's choice. The liability of Shower Grate Shop with respect to the sale of this drain shall be limited to repair or replacement by a similar product as provided above and does not include any cost of removal, reinstallation, transport of defective product, loss of time, salary or any other expenses as well as any consequential damages of any kind. Shower Grate Shop and its representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, cost or other damage, whether consequential or incidental, that arise from any defect covered under this limited warranty, even if Shower Grate Shop has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
Limitations
This lifetime guarantee replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied, in face or at law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The terms of this lifetime guarantee cannot be modified or extended in any way whatsoever by any agent, dealer, distributor, service company or other party other than Shower Grate Shop.
Insurance
Insured parcels will be replaced with the exact product in a reasonable amount of time. All products not insured will not receive a replacement drain. Although Shower Grate Shop takes all necessary precautions to ensure your freight arrives in perfect condition we do not take liability for third party transport.
Legal Rights
This lifetime guarantee gives specific legal rights and is not applicable if it interferes with any law or regulation in any state, province or country.
Modifications
Shower Grate Shop reserves the right to change, without notice, the models, the specifications and the price of its products.
